Job summary

Galaxy Digital Inc. (Nasdaq: GLXY) invites undergraduate and master's students to apply for its NYC-based Galaxy NYC Summer Internship Program.

This nine-week, on-site experience on our Sales and Trading team provides hands-on work on real products, with professional development and networking opportunities with senior leaders. Selected interns will rotate across Franchise Trading, Principal Trading, Sales, Lending and On Chain Trading, ranking desk preferences; the program runs June 7 to August

Qualifications

• Undergrad or master's student graduating between Dec 2027 and Jun 2028.
• PhD/JD students are not eligible.
• Specific desk preferences will be ranked upon application.

Responsibilities

• Support Sales and Trading through projects, analyses, scripting, and automation.
• Learn product scope and client solutions offered to Galaxy clients.
• Help refine coverage models, automate workflows, and create decks.
• Assist in day-to-day processes: market color reports, prospecting, relationship management, trade ideas.

About the Galaxy Summer Internship Program

The Galaxy NYC Summer Internship Program is an immersive, nine-week experience taking place on-site in our New York HQ office. During the nine weeks, you will gain hands-on, practical work experience on our Sales and Trading team(s), working on real products and problems alongside the people building them. In addition to learning on the job, Galaxy interns participate in professional development programming, social events, and networking opportunities with senior leaders.

This year, we’re adding a rotational element to our Sales and Trading internship, giving interns exposure across more than one area of the business. When you apply, you’ll be asked to rank your top three desk preferences. If we think you’re a great fit, we’ll be in touch and will let you know which seat you’re being considered for.

Program Dates:

June 7th – August 6th, 2027

What You'll Do:

• Support Galaxy Trading through working on a variety of projects collaboratively and independently – past projects have concentrated on market/token analyses, scripting and automation, trading strategies, and operational support
• Learn the scope of the products and tailored solutions offered to Galaxy clients
• Help the sales team refine coverage models, automate workflows, and create product offering decks
• Assist with the day-to-day processes of the team including (but not limited to) creating market color reports, prospecting new accounts and managing existing relationships, creating trade ideas and structuring trades
• Grow your interest and knowledge of digital assets, DeFi, macro, derivatives and more
• Pitch trades based on what you have learned on the desk

What We're Looking For:

• General knowledge of the cryptocurrency ecosystem
• Broad interest in Global Markets, Trading, Derivatives, Strategy and Business Development
• Critical Thinking skills with a solutions-oriented mindset
• Strong emotional intelligence and a comfort level communicating with others
• Ability to multi-task quickly and efficiently
• Proactive and entrepreneurial spirit
• Knowledge of Python/SQL/Excel

Eligibility Requirements:

• Undergraduate or master's students graduating between December 2027 and June 2028
• Eligible master's students must have fewer than two years of relevant, full-time work experience
• Students enrolled in PhD or JD programs are not eligible to apply

Interns are classified as non-exempt employees and will be paid a rate of $55/hr.
