Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist with material planning requirements, issuing purchase orders, expediting orders, and verifying delivery dates.
• Develop and implement new processes and procedures, including problem analysis.
• Manage inventory and reorder points based on manufacturing schedules.
• Prepare reports and communications as requested.
• Perform system data analysis, maintenance, and cleanup.
• Stage orders and create stockroom pick lists; schedule materials.
• Utilize capacity and lead time information to assure schedule compliance for each manufacturing department.
• Analyze material demand and part shortages to determine impact on schedules and capacity.
• Assist supervisors with disposition of rejected material and bottleneck analysis.
• Maintain data records within planning systems and establish production schedules for the area.

• Assist with material planning requirements, issuing purchase orders for materials and components, expediting orders as needed, and verifying delivery dates

• Maintain data records within company planning systems and establish productions schedules to support manufacturing goals for an assigned work area
