Job summary

The PGA TOUR Internship Program offers paid eight-week experience for college students and recent graduates to learn the business operations of the PGA Tour. Opportunities span Marketing, Communications, Human Resources, Finance & Accounting, Digital Content, Broadcasting, Data Technology & Solutions and Golf Technologies, with hosted work at Ponte Vedra Beach, Florida.

Eligibility requires enrollment in an undergraduate or graduate program, completion of sophomore year, and legal work

The Best Players Need the Best People. PGA Tour Internship Program

In 1992 the PGA Tour established an internship program to support our commitment to strengthen diversity within our organization, as well as the golf industry. This paid internship is an 8-week program that provides enrolled college students and recent graduates an opportunity to build their work experience and learn the business operations of the PGA Tour.

Opportunities traditionally are available in Marketing, Communications, Human Resources, Business Development, Tour/Event Business Operations, Legal, Finance & Accounting, Digital Content, Broadcasting, Media, Data Technology & Solutions and Golf Technologies.

Eligibility Criteria

• be currently enrolled in an undergraduate or graduate degree program; and
• have completed their sophomore year; and
• be legally permitted to work in the United States*

* International students must be currently enrolled at a US college or university and obtain all visas and employment authorizations prior to the start of the internship. We strongly encourage these students to begin this process early as it may require several months to complete. Contact the International Student Advisor at your university for specific information and requirements.
