Northrop Grumman Mission Systems is seeking entry-level Associate Systems Engineers for the Bethpage, NY area. This position will be part of the BaPS division, supporting mission-enabled systems and cyber solutions to protect the U.S. and allies.

The qualified candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in a STEM field, be eligible for a U.S. government security clearance, and may participate in our extensive learning and development programs, with competitive salaries and benefits.

• Majoring in Electrical Engineering, Physics, Mechanical Engineering or closely related STEM field.

• GPA of 3.00/4.0 or higher (preferred).

Northrop Grumman is seeking Associate Systems Engineers . This position will be located at our Mission Systems sector in Bethpage NY.

The qualified candidate will become part of Northrop Grumman’s BaPS division. (Baltimore and Partnered Sites)

Basic Qualifications

• Be completing or has completed their degree (Bachelor’s) from an accredited institution.
• Be majoring in or or having majored in Electrical Engineering, Physics, Mechanical Engineering or closely related STEM field.
• Be able to obtain a U.S. Government security clearance (U.S. citizenship is a pre-requisite)
• The ability to obtain Special Access Program within a reasonable period of time, as determined by the company to meet its business needs.
• A Final DoD Clearance is required to start.

Preferred Qualifications

• Have an overall cumulative GPA of 3.00/4.0 or higher.
• A current/active DoD clearance

Salary Range

• Bachelor's $76,200 - $114,400

The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education, skills and current market conditions.

Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives. In addition, Northrop Grumman provides a variety of benefits including health insurance coverage, life and disability insurance, savings plan, Company paid holidays and paid time off (PTO) for vacation and/or personal business.
