Job summary

Trane Technologies in Minnesota invites current college students to join a 12-week summer internship across Lean Production, Planning Strategy, Ergonomics & Safety, Sourcing, and Material Handling. The program includes mentorship from senior leaders and hands-on assignments that drive real impact.

Through this opportunity, you will gain leadership training, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and have a path toward the Accelerated Development Program for Operations or direct hire

Qualifications

• Pursuing a BS/BA in the listed fields with a cumulative GPA at or above 3.0.
• U.S. citizen or have the legal right to work in the U.S. without sponsorship now or in the future.
• Minimum internship or work experience.
• Willing to be mobile and relocate anywhere in the United States.

What You Will Do

Our 12-week summer internship opportunity offers candidates working toward their Bachelor's in selected disciplines exposure to variety assignments which could include: Lean Production, Planning Strategy, Operational Excellence, Ergonomics & Safety, Sourcing/Procurement Cycle, Material Handling, Sales Inventory Operations Planning and Productivity Generation & Tracking.

• Minimum Work Experience: At least one internship or work experience
• Demonstrated leadership skills such as: campus organizations, sports team captain, resident advisor, etc. or exceptional leadership of work projects
• U.S. citizen or have the legal right to work in the U.S. without requiring sponsorship now or in the future
