Our Global Graduate Program (GGP) is an accelerated, entry-level opportunity for college graduates with 1 to 3 years of professional experience who are ready to fast-track their careers globally. The program is designed to prepare participants for a Lead Manager role within one year, with potential international career opportunities across BAT.

As a Global Graduate in Operations, you will develop functional,leadershipand business capabilities through hands‑on assignments and rotations. You will gain exposure across Manufacturing, Leaf, Engineering, Supply Chain, Quality and Procurement while collaborating with leaders to deliver meaningful business results.

Your key responsibilities will include:
  • Owning projects that drive business and financial results across areas such as Supply Chain, Procurement, Safety, Quality, process optimization and waste reduction.
  • Delivering high-quality results through collaboration, accountability and self-leadership.

What are we looking for?
  • Bachelor’s degree or higher required in Supply Chain, Logistics, Engineering, Industrial Management, Business, STEM or related field.
