Qualifications

• Must be enrolled in an undergraduate program in Mechanical, Chemical or Industrial Engineering.
• Strong academic performance with GPA 3.0 or higher, and extracurricular achievements.
• Excellent problem-solving, written and verbal skills in English and Spanish.

Responsibilities

• Perform various projects as assigned.
• Participate in social/networking and learning & development activities.
• Willingness to do meaningful work with real impact on AbbVie and patients worldwide.
• Present project achievements and learnings to staff leaders, managers and mentors.
• Support EH&S compliance and continuous improvement initiatives.
