Job Description

Be at the heart of running the firm efficiently, effectively, and delivering value for our clients. In the program, you will work in a collaborative environment that teaches you how the Operations function helps deliver core services to the firm and its clients. The goal is to assist you in building a long-term career in our Operations function and help with its continued growth. We are looking for motivated, enthusiastic individuals who want to begin and develop their career in Operations. We are looking for individuals with diverse backgrounds that are excited to learn and identify process opportunities (e.g., automation).

As a Summer Analyst in the Operations Analyst Program, you will start our 9-week program with comprehensive training to introduce you to our firm, our practices, and our culture. After training, you will join the Operations function within one of our lines of business (Asset & Wealth Management, Commercial & Investment Bank, Consumer & Community Bank or Corporate Functions) to be fully ingrained within your team’s day-to-day activities and make a clear impact for the organization and our clients. You will make an impact in a specific Operations role aligned to our disciplines, which could include Processing/Servicing, Trade/Asset Support, Reporting, or Transformation. The program will give you the opportunity to learn about our operations and develop your career. Students interested in front office, external customer/client interactions, or software engineering will not have their needs met within this program.

You will develop skills that will help you grow within the Operations organization and make increasing impact throughout the program. You will have the opportunity to expand your knowledge in businesses and bank products while driving our business forward. In addition to on-the-job experience, you will have a community of summer analysts, opportunity to attend social events, interaction with senior leaders, and more. This role is a pipeline to our full-time Operations Analyst Program; based on performance and successful completion of the 9-week internship, you may receive an offer of full-time employment.

Your responsibilities will vary based on your assigned office location and role discipline. The responsibilities below align to each of our core role disciplines – Processing/Service, Trade/Asset, Reporting, and Transformation.
