Each intern will have a CAMP project that they lead from start to finish – at the end of the intern experience, they will present the project deliverable to a leadership panel. The output of each project will be utilized by the business team moving forward after the conclusion of the internship.
As aFinance Intern, you will gain hands‑on experience supporting financial analysis, reporting, planning, and business decision‑making within a global consumer goods company. Internship assignments will vary based on business needs, team placement, and individual interests.
Responsibilities

Supporting financial analysis, reporting, forecasting, and planning activities.
Analyzing financial and business data toidentifytrends, risks, and opportunities.
Assistingwith budgeting, performance tracking, and decision‑support initiatives.
Developing reports, presentations, and insights for key stakeholders.
Collaborating with cross‑functional teams to support businessobjectivesand financial performance.
Completing a CAMP (Career Acceleration Main Project) aligned to team goals and business priorities.
Qualifications
Currently pursuing abachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, ora relatedfield.
Strong understanding of AI prompts and platforms to increase roleefficency
Strong analytical, problem-solving, andcritical-thinkingskills.
Proficiencyin MicrosoftExcel;PowerPoint experience is a plus.
Effective written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and work both independently and collaboratively.
Demonstrated initiative, curiosity, and a willingness to learn.
