Job summary

Hearst Newspapers is seeking aspiring journalists for a prestigious two-year Journalism Fellowship with rotations across the San Francisco Chronicle, Houston Chronicle, San Antonio Express-News, Albany Times Union, and Connecticut publications.

You will work alongside Pulitzer-winning journalists, using data, video, and AI-driven tools, receiving hands-on mentoring and training in digital reporting, investigative journalism, breaking news, and audience engagement.

Qualifications

• Recent college grads or early-career journalists.
• Willing to relocate and work across multiple cities.
• Authorized to work in the U.S. for the full two-year duration.
• We are unable to sponsor work visas for this program.

Who We’re Looking For

• Bring a hunger to learn, create, and lead in a modern newsroom environment
