The Opportunity

What You’ll Do
  • Work with cross-functional partners such as Engineering, Design, and Marketing to develop product strategies and features.
  • Conduct research through customer interviews, data analysis, and market studies to uncover insights.
  • Translate findings into product requirements, user stories, and roadmap recommendations.
  • Present insights and concepts to stakeholders, building alignment and excitement across teams.
  • Share compelling narratives that inform vision, guide decisions, and inspire innovation.
What You Need To Succeed
  • Currently enrolled in a full-time MBA program, graduating between December 2026 and June 2027.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex problems and influence peers and leaders.
  • Collaborative and adaptable, with experience working across diverse teams.
  • Ability to define use cases, requirements, and user stories that shape product roadmaps.
  • Positive attitude with a passion for learning, innovation, and driving impact.

Expected Pay Range:

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this positionis $105,300 - $205,150 annually. Paywithin this range varies by work locationand may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills,and experience. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for the job location during the hiring process. In California, the pay range for this position is $141,700 - $205,150

At Adobe, for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC = base + commission), and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans. Non-sales roles starting salaries are expressed as base salary and short-term incentives are in the form of the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP).

In addition, certain roles may be eligible for long-term incentives in the form of a new hire equity award.
