Caterpillar Inc. is offering a 3-month Manufacturing Engineer Intern program in Texas. You will work with Manufacturing/Design Engineers, Shop Operations, Tool Design, and CAD/CAM teams to develop and execute cost-effective, stable manufacturing processes in a safe, quality-focused environment.

Selected interns receive mentorship, Lean training, and opportunities to tour facilities and present outcomes. Eligible students must be pursuing a 4-year or advanced degree in manufacturing/engineering

Responsibilities

• Assist in developing and executing cost-effective, stable manufacturing processes.

• Participate in Lean training and related internship activities.
• Present summer intern experiences to leadership and Solar staff.
