Albemarle Corporation invites graduates to join its LAUNCH Associate program, a two-year rotational experience across four transformation pillars, designed to accelerate professional growth and expose you to multiple business units.

As an LAUNCH Associate, you will analyze data, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and apply the LAUNCH Leadership Toolkit to drive measurable improvements in operations, digital capabilities, and strategic initiatives.

Qualifications

• Anticipated graduation date of December 2026 or May 2027.
• GPA of 3.2 or higher is required for candidacy.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Engineering, Supply Chain, AI, or related field is required.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to engage multiple levels of stakeholders.
• Experience with data analysis and presenting insights preferred.
