Vizient, Inc. in Chicago is seeking an Analyst as part of the Kaufman Hall Analyst Program. You will join a cohort of graduates to perform complex financial analyses, model development, and workflow improvements for healthcare providers across the US.
You will undergo immersive onboarding with training in Excel, SQL and Tableau, and work both independently and in teams on client projects with a strong emphasis on relationship management and problem solving.

The 2027 Kaufman Hall Analyst Program As a part of the Kaufman Hall Analyst Program, you will be joining the company as part of a cohort of graduates from across the country, allowing you to build a strong community of fellow Analysts. You will work on complex financial analyses, model and tool development, and workflow processes, and hone your skills on executive dashboarding, leading meetings, and client relationship development.
Upon joining us, you will be part of an immersive onboarding experience, consisting of an initial three-week classroom style training, designed to introduce you to the core consulting skills that you will utilize throughout your healthcare consulting career. Alongside key healthcare knowledge, you will gain technical skills, including Excel, SQL, and Tableau, and continue to refine and enhance your problem-solving, client relationship management, and project/program management skills.
Beyond the initial training period, you will continue to learn in monthly training sessions with your cohort, as well as on the job alongside veteran team members. You will work both independently and as part of a team, support a wide variety of healthcare providers across the US and have the opportunity to solve complex problems and introduce creative solutions to our clients.
You will have the opportunity to learn from and collaborate with our Managing Directors, Senior Staff, and Clinicians and be part of a team which promotes feedback and growth. Analysts work on multiple teams across prestigious academic medical centers and large healthcare systems across the country. Teams are drawn from members of the firm with diverse backgrounds and experiences.
Together, we look to partner with our clients to help them provide better care to their communities and achieve their mission. We offer a hybrid work environment that allows a combination of onsite and in-office collaboration and teaming, and the flexibility to work remotely.
Travel Required: up to 50%. The role is based in Chicago. Work is regularly performed in an office setting and routinely uses standard office equipment.
