Our analysts are included in all aspects of transactions from origination to closing. They work directly with senior bankers and are responsible for the day‑to‑day activities of each transaction. The work is fast‑paced and requires the ability to work seamlessly under pressure and manage tight deadlines. The analyst program begins in January 2027 with rigorous classroom training led by seasoned bankers. Upon completing training, analysts are staffed on live deals, immediately working with deal teams on the day‑to‑day activities of M&A and capital‑raising transactions.
The annual salary for this position at commencement of employment is $110,000 per year. Employees are in an at‑will position and the company reserves the right to modify base salary and other compensation programs at any time.
