Business Systems Analysts \( BSA \) are responsible for the development and management of business, organizational, and/or operational requirements; as well as being involved in business systems in support of core organization functions and business processes\. The business analyst elicits, analyzes, validates, and documents business requirements\. BSAs support the following fields within the IT organization: Business Intelligence, Customer Service, Digital Solutions, Engineering Systems & Product Development, Infrastructure, ITRM , Project Management and SAP \.
