• Teamwork, presentation, and conflict-resolution skills.
• Strong organizational and interpersonal skills with high attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Perform engineering assignments related to new product development or enhancement of existing products.
• Create and maintain engine BOM.
• Review engineering changes/revisions to procedures and drawings.
• Create and execute ECOs using PLM software.
• Consult with customers on designs and specifications.
• Assist ODA group with FAA certification effort.
• Coordinate with Director, Configuration Management and Regulations to achieve goals.
• May interface with suppliers.

About This RoleWe believe people should love what they do – in this role, you will be responsible for:

• Perform a variety of engineering assignments related to new product development and/or enhancement of existing products
• Creation and maintenance of engine bill of materials (BOM)
• Review engineering changes / revisions to both engineering procedures and drawings
• Create and execute engineering change orders (ECOs) using PLM software
• Consult with customers on designs and specifications
• Assist ODA group with FAA certification effort
• Coordinate activities with Director, Configuration Management and Regulations to ensure business and development goals will be achieved
• May be required to interface with suppliers

Qualifications

• Actively pursuing BS in Mechanical or Aerospace Engineering
• Knowledge of ASME Y14.5 GD&T drafting standards
• BOM creation / maintenance using ERP systems (SAP, Oracle preferred)
• Teamwork approach, presentation skills, ability to resolve conflicts
• Strong organizational, interpersonal and communications skills with high attention to detail
