Job summary

Textron Systems, located in US-Maryland-Hunt Valley, is seeking an HR-focused intern to join the Human Resources team for a 10-week summer program.

You will support ongoing and new projects across talent acquisition, talent development, total rewards or HR business partner work, attend meetings, and report on your experiences at the end of the internship.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing or have completed a bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, using Microsoft suite applications.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Can work independently, learn new tasks, identify and solve problems, meets deadlines and show a strong self-motivation and initiative.
