Job summary

John Deere invites applications for the 2027 Intern - Data & Analytics position. You will contribute to analytics projects, work with large data sets, and apply data science techniques to solve business problems while collaborating with colleagues and stakeholders.

Eligible candidates pursuing degrees in data-related fields must have a 2.8 GPA and demonstrate programming skills in SQL, R, and Python, with an assessment required.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a Bachelor’s, Master’s, or PhD Degree in Data Science, Analytics, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Engineering or related quantitative discipline
• Desired cumulative GPA of 2.8 on a 4.0 scale
• Knowledge of applied statistical analysis, modeling techniques, and data visualization methods
• Ability to demonstrate your development of algorithms and predictive models to solve a problem
• Proficiency in programming languages SQL, R, Python
• Must pass a Data & Analytics HackerRank Assessment

Must be able to relocate domestically. Assignments can be at various locations throughout the United States, including Quad Cities area (Moline or Davenport), Des Moines area and Chicago.

Compensation range for the position 3,420- 7,265 monthly
