Job summary

John Deere is seeking an 2027 Intern in Human Resources/Labor Relations in Moline, IL. This onsite internship offers exposure to HR and Labor Relations operations, data analysis, and project presentation to Leadership.

The role requires enrollment in a relevant degree, a 3.0 GPA, teamwork, and proficiency with MS Outlook and Excel. Eligible candidates should be 18 or older and ready for a hands-on experience within Deere's People and Culture function.

Qualifications

• Enrolled in bachelor’s or master’s degree in Human Resources, Labor or Industrial Relations, Labor & Employe Law, Management, Organizational Leadership, or a related degree.
• Minimum GPA 3.0 on a 4.0 scale.
• Collaborative team member with strong initiative and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in MS systems such as Outlook, Excel, etc.

Responsibilities

• Analyzing data, identifying root causes, compliance, training, and recommending solutions for HR or Labor Relations issues.
• Partner with HR or LR Manager to understand business operations from strategic and tactical perspectives.
• Participate in automation and process improvement initiatives.
• Focus on a project in your department to present to Leadership at the end of the internship.
