Textron Systems is offering a 10-week paid summer internship for an Autonomy Engineer (Air Systems) in Hunt Valley, MD. You will work with a design team under lead electrical engineers, performing research, simulations, CAD drawing generation, and testing support for Land Systems products.
The role requires a BS/MS in Electrical Engineering or related field, CAD proficiency (AutoCad/SolidWorks), and strong communication skills. A US citizen with ability to obtain security clearance is preferred.

As an integral member of the design team, you'll work under the supervision of lead electrical engineers and focus on Land Systems products
Performing research and trade studies
Generating Technical Data Packages such as drawings using CAD
Conducting performance calculations and simulations
Hands‑on support of testing, troubleshooting and vehicle production build

Textron’s compensation package includes competitive base pay and provides eligible employees with benefit programs. The pay range should be used as a general guide only. Compensation is based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations. In compliance with the local pay transparency law, the pay range for this position is $28 - $32 per hour.
