UPS is seeking an Industrial Engineering Intern to work on targeted projects, individually or in small teams. Projects involve operational observations, data collection, cross-functional communication, and problem solving.
All projects will be presented to the Industrial Engineering staff upon completion. You will apply work measurement, cost-benefit analysis, and process improvements while exploring AI, automation, and data analytics to boost operational efficiency and support engineering

Basic Qualifications: Must be a U.S. Citizen or National of the U.S., an alien lawfully admitted for permanent residence, or an alien authorized to work in the U.S. for this employer Employer will not sponsor a visa for this or future positions Must be currently located in the same geographic location as the internship or willing to relocate yourself Current student enrolled in a degreed college/university program, or recent graduate from a degreed college/university program within the past 24 months Must be available to work 40 hours per week.
Pay Range Estimate: $16.00 - $33.44 per hour Note: Actual Compensation offered to candidate may vary within range based upon geographic location and education. The pay rate will be finalized at the offer stage.
