The internship program will run from Thursday, May 27, 2027- Friday, August 6, 2027.

• Familiarity with, or hands‑on experience using, artificial intelligence (AI) tools to research, analyze, or improve the way work gets done

You will:

• Gather, organize, and analyze data to identify trends and inform recommendations
• Prepare clear, well‑structured deliverables such as summaries, presentations, and reports for team and leadership audiences
• Collaborate across teams and build relationships while learning how the different areas of CSWM work together to serve customers and grow the business
• Build an understanding of how the organization delivers financial solutions, supports distribution growth, enhances advisor capabilities, and drives transformational initiatives across the enterprise
• Explore and apply AI tools to improve research, analysis, and day‑to‑day work where appropriate

• Applicants must be eligible to work in the U.S. without company sponsorship, now or in the future, for employment‑based work authorization. Salary Range

$20.00 - $35.00

The salary range reflected above is a good faith estimate of base pay for the primary location of the position. The salary for this position ultimately will be determined based on the education, experience, knowledge, and abilities of the successful candidate. In addition to salary, this role may also be eligible for annual, sales, or other incentive compensation.
