Job summary

UBS is seeking ambitious graduates for its 2027 Group Data Management Office (GDMO) Graduate Talent Program in NY/NJ. The 24-month program introduces you to core data management concepts, including governance, metadata management, data quality and taxonomies, while embedding a data culture across the firm.

You will document how business divisions govern data, analyze complex datasets, and partner with SMEs and product owners to propose solutions, while building relationships with stakeholders

Qualifications

• GPA of 3.0 or above
• Graduates between December 2026 and June 2027
• Degree completed by program start date

We're looking for ambitious students to join our 2027 Group Data Management Office (GDMO) Graduate Talent Program.

• analyze complex datasets and identify patterns and observations
• understand business requirements and partner with SMEs, and product owners to advise solutions
• establish strong working relationships with business and Technology stakeholders across the firm

Your team

You’ll be working in the Group Data Management Office (GDMO) located in NY/NJ. They’re responsible for embedding a data management culture into the firm by advocating for their strategy and proactively challenging the way the firm works with data.

Your expertise

We’re Looking For a Candidate Who

• graduates between December 2026 and June 2027

has a cumulative GPA of 3.0 and above

• has fully completed their degree and met all graduation requirements by the program start date

Our Graduate Talent Program is 24 months long, and designed to help you develop the skills you need to grow your career. To start, the program introduces you to our firm, provides professional and technical training and teaches you core skills and knowledge of the Group Technology Office. And it continues from there: by learning from your colleagues, you’ll have plenty of opportunities to develop new skills and build your network. You’ll have the opportunity to see beyond your job by participating in one, or several, rotations. If you’re ready to work where no two days are the same, this program is for you.
