Job summary

BakerHicks invites graduates to join a two-year Graduate programme aimed at developing a future Chartered Architect. You will work with industry-leading teams, gaining hands-on experience while learning to balance technical knowledge with professional development.

You will participate in tailored on-the-job training, work across projects, and develop communication, collaboration and leadership skills to prepare for chartership.

• 2:1 in Engineering/Architecture degree with recognised RIBA Part I or II
• Interest in architecture and engineering with passion for design
• Strong communication and collaboration skills

What You’ll Be Doing

• Creating designs and highly detailed drawings and design solutions using specialist computer‑aided design (CAD) applications.
• Quality generation and delivery of design documents and drawings to support the architectural team.
• Collaborating closely with a multidisciplinary design team, you will contribute to the delivery of safe, efficient, and constructible design solutions.

• 2:1 in a relevant Engineering degree, such as Architecture that provides you with either a recognised RIBA Part I or Part II qualification.

Our commitment is to develop, train, and retain our graduates for the long term.
