Role Summary

The T. Rowe Price internship program includes a formal orientation, peer and senior mentor assignments, and formal learning opportunities. In addition to the work assignments within the assigned department, interns also gain exposure to associates and senior leaders across the firm through an executive speaker series, networking and social events, and engagement with our Business Resource Groups.

This division is responsible for executing trades across various asset classes, including equities, fixed income, derivatives, and currencies, in global markets. The Global Trading Division collaborates closely with portfolio managers and analysts to ensure the alignment of trading activities with the firm's broader investment objectives. Qualifications

Required

• Full time student pursing a bachelor's degree with and expected graduation date of December 2027 - May/June 2029
• Major: Computer Science, Engineering, Economics, Mathematics, Statistics, Physical Sciences, or Quantitative Finance study
• Demonstrated programming skills or aptitude, especially with R, MATLAB, Python and object-oriented programming

Preferred

• Minimum GPA: 3.5 Overall
• Intellectual curiosity or knowledge of investments, portfolios, and quantitative analysis
• A growth mindset with commitment to ongoing learning of AI-augmented platforms

FINRA Requirements

FINRA licenses are not required and will not be supported for this role.

Work Flexibility

This role is eligible for hybrid work, with up to one day per week from home.

Work Authorization

Base Salary Ranges

• $75,000 for the location of: Maryland, Colorado, Washington and remote workers
• $75,000 for the location of: Washington, D.C.
• $75,000 for the location of: New York, California
