Job summary

DuPont is seeking a motivated candidate for a supply chain co-op/internship program across multiple locations, including OH. You will apply best practices to improve safety, service, inventory health, and operational performance.

You will gain knowledge across planning, sourcing, manufacturing support, logistics, and issue resolution, and collaborate with cross-functional teams in roles such as Asset Scheduler, Supply Chain Analyst, Material Planner, and Demand Planner.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s in Supply Chain, Operations Management, Industrial Engineering, or related field from an accredited institution.
• GPA of 3.0 or higher on a 4.0 scale.
• Minimum of 6 months of equivalent paid co-op or internship experience in supply chain management, engineering, operations management, or related fields
• Willingness to be on call for plant area support when required.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States without current or future employer sponsorship.
• Proficient in Microsoft 365 applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Teams.

Responsibilities

• Build knowledge of end-to-end supply chain processes, including planning, sourcing, manufacturing support, logistics, delivery, and issue resolution.
• Analyze supply and demand data, performance metrics, and trends to identify risks, gaps, and improvement opportunities.
• Partner with manufacturing, procurement, logistics, customer service, commercial, and operations teams to support business priorities and customer needs.
• Work in roles such as Asset Scheduler, Supply Chain Analyst, Material Planner, Demand Planner, or related roles using structured problem solving and continuous improvement tools.

The Pay range for this role is $67,200.00 - $105,600.00 Annual
