Job summary

DuPont is seeking high-potential graduates for its Field Engineering & Supply Chain Development Program in the United States. The program blends rotations, formal education, networking, mentoring and leadership exposure across supply chain disciplines, enabling careers in asset scheduling, planning and procurement roles.

Candidates should have a 4-year degree in a relevant field, a minimum 3.0 GPA, and at least 6 months of co-op or internship.

Qualifications

  • Pursuing or hold a Bachelor’s or Master’s in Supply Chain/Operations Management, Industrial Engineering, or Business from an accredited institution
  • GPA of 3.0 or higher (out of 4.0 scale)
  • Preferred minimum of 6 months of paid co-op or internship equivalent experience in supply chain management, procurement, logistics, engineering, operations management, or related fields
  • Maximum of 3 years of full-time industry work experience
  • 100% geographic flexibility to allow for best career development fit
  • Willingness to relocate to a new location every 2 to 3 years
  • A four-year company commitment to complete a minimum of two assignments (usually 24 months per assignment)
  • Legal right to work in the United States without restriction

Program and Position Requirements

The DuPont Field Engineering & Supply Chain Development Program seeks top talent. To be considered for enrollment, candidates must meet the following requirements:

  • Pursuing or hold a Bachelor’s or Master’s in Supply Chain/Operations Management, Industrial Engineering, or Business from an accredited institution

  • GPA of 3.0 or higher (out of 4.0 scale)

  • Preferred minimum of 6 months of paid co-op or internship equivalent experience in supply chain management, procurement, logistics, engineering, operations management, or related fields

  • Maximum of 3 years of full-time industry work experience

The Pay range for this role is $67,200.00 - $105,600.00 Annual
