Apply engineering best practices and continuous improvement principles to analyze processes, identify improvement opportunities, and contribute to projects that enhance safety, product quality, productivity, and equipment or infrastructure reliability.
Work in operations roles such as Production / Process Engineering, Manufacturing Technology, Equipment Reliability & Maintenance, Continuous Improvement, Product Quality, and Operations Management, using continuous improvement tools and disciplined problem solving.
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Chemical, Mechanical, Industrial Engineering or other related engineering major from an ABET accredited institution.
GPA of 3.0 or higher on a 4.0 scale.
Minimum of 6 months of relevant paid co-op or internship experience
Willingness to be on-call for plant area support when required.
Must be authorized to work in the United States without current or future employer sponsorship.
Proficient in Microsoft 365 applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Teams.
Demonstrated leadership potential with a strong commitment to safety, continuous improvement, and data-driven decision making.
Proven ability to communicate effectively, collaborate across teams, adapt to changing priorities, and deliver results in a dynamic environment.
Strong technical curiosity and learning agility, with the ability to rapidly develop expertise in new technologies, manufacturing processes, and operational systems.
Familiarity with AI-enabled and digital technologies, and the ability to leverage these tools to enhance problem solving, collaboration, and project execution.

The Pay range for this role is $58,800.00 - $92,400.00 Annual
