In this role you will perform preventative maintenance, equipment repairs, improvements, upgrades, and installation of equipment, interfacing with engineering and manufacturing groups across the fab to ensure issues are solved efficiently.

You will monitor tool performance, analyze related data to meet process requirements, coordinate supplier service when needed, and prepare technical reports
