Job summary

Greif is seeking a Engineering Co-Op in the United States (Kentucky) to apply academic knowledge to real-world engineering projects within a global packaging leader. You will assist in engineering assignments, familiarize yourself with departmental functions, and contribute to performance goals while gaining valuable professional development opportunities and learning materials.

Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S.

Qualifications

  • Currently pursuing an undergraduate degree in chemical engineering or related field
  • Completed at least 4 semesters by the start of the co-op term, with remaining coursework
  • Good academic standing with your Engineering major and school
  • Legally authorized to work in the U.S.
  • Able to work 40 hours for the duration of the co-op

Responsibilities

  • Assist in engineering assignments and ongoing projects
  • Familiarize yourself with departmental functions
  • Contribute meaningfully to performance goals and assigned projects
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications:
  • Currently pursuing an undergraduate degree in chemical engineering or related field
  • Completed at least 4 semesters by the start of the co-op term, with remaining coursework

  • Understanding of basic Engineering principles and relevant functions

  • Excellent written and oral communication, organizational, time management, analytical, and adaptability skills
Compensation Range:

Compensation Range: The pay range for this position is $24.18 - $41.20 annually. Typically, a competitive wage for new hires will fall between 22.50 to 31.00 annually. Offers for this position may vary based on market data and other factors such as job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and geographic location. The position may also be eligible for a short-term incentive.
