Job summary

Anduril Industries is seeking Mechanical Engineers to join its growing team in the United States. You will design and build prototypes, analyze failures, and transition successful projects into production, while presenting reviews and conducting hardware tests.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

• Design & build prototypes, analyze failures, and transition successful projects into production.
• Present design reviews, run analysis, visit vendors, design & execute hardware test plans.
• Use firstprinciplesphysics as a basis for every decision.
• Get exposure to missile integration and testing.
• Travel to test sites and vendors as needed.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Must be pursuing or have recently completed abachelor’s ormaster’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
• Must be a U.S. Person due to required access to U.S.export-controlledinformation or facilities; U.S. clearance eligibility may be required depending on program.
• Able to start full time in 2027.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Demonstrated hands‑on fabrication or laboratory skills.
• CAD skills (any platform) and ability to makehigh-qualityengineering drawings that meet common industry standards.
• High competence with, and fluid use of, engineering first principles.
• Ability to integrate electrical components into designs (motors, controllers, sensors etc.).
• Experience with machining, sheet metal, injection molding, and/or 3D printing.
• Have a bias for action. If you see a problem, you want to solve and fix it.
• Be naturally curious about the technologies and tools you use.
• Low-ego, high ownership, and mission oriented.

US Salary Range: $86,000—$114,000 USD

The salary range for this role is an estimate based on a wide range of compensation factors, inclusive of base salary only. Actual salary offer may vary based on (but not limited to) work experience, education and/or training, critical skills, and/or business considerations. Highly competitive equity grants are included in the majority of full time offers; and are considered part of Anduril's total compensation package.
