Job summary

Qualifications

• Majoring in or having majored in Computer Science, Software Development, Systems Engineering, or Data Analytics.
• Be available to work full-time (40 hours per week) for at least 10 weeks during summer 2027.
• Be able to obtain a U.S. Government security clearance (U.S. citizenship is a pre-requisite).

Northrop Grumman is seeking a Data Analytics intern for an internship opportunity. This position will be located at our Roy, UT facility.

Job Responsibilities Include But Are Not Limited To

• Develop data-driven solutions using MMIII weapon system data. This includes developing automation scripts, performing data cleaning, developing visualizations. Provide direct customer support as needed to meet customer needs.

The qualified candidate will become part of Northrop Grumman's Strategic Deterrent Systems Division (SDSD).

Basic Qualifications

A candidate must meet ALL of the below criteria. The candidate must:

• Be a student who is enrolled full-time and pursuing an undergraduate or graduate degree from an accredited college/university and will be enrolled full time in Fall 2027.
• Be majoring in or having majored in Computer Science, Software Development, Systems Engineering, or Data Analytics
• Be available to work full-time (40 hours per week) for at least 10 weeks during summer 2027.
• Be able to obtain a U.S. Government security clearance (U.S. citizenship is a pre-requisite)

Preferred Qualifications

• Have an overall cumulative GPA of 3.0/4.0 or higher (unofficial academic transcripts must be provided at time of application by uploading the documents to your application or profile)

Intern Pay Range

Bachelors: $23.00 - $29.00 per hour

Masters: $32.75 to $35.50 per hour
