Job summary

West Monroe seeks entry-level Consultants to join the Cybersecurity and Cloud & Infrastructure team within the TechEx Practice. You’ll tackle business challenges using technology across Cloud, Networking, End User Computing, and Cybersecurity, gaining hands-on experience from requirements to deployment while collaborating with clients.

You’ll engage with CEOs, CIOs, CTOs, and CISOs, focusing on cybersecurity strategy, cloud migrations, and IT strategy, with opportunities to learn and apply AI

Qualifications

• Minimum GPA 3.0 on a 4.0 scale.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship now or in the future.
• Reside within 50 miles of the assigned office with a hybrid work model.
• Ability and willingness to travel up to 50% with travel expenses covered.
• Experience integrating AI tools into day-to-day workflows.

West Monroe is seeking entry-level Consultants to join our Cybersecurity and Cloud & Infrastructure team aligned to our Technology and Experience (TechEx) Practice. As a Consultant, you’ll have the opportunity to tackle business challenges using technology, including Cloud, Networking, End User Computing and Collaboration, and Cybersecurity. You will gain hands‑on experience across projects, from requirements gathering to design, implementation, and deployment, while collaborating directly with clients across various industries.

As a Cybersecurity and Cloud & Infrastructure Consultant, you will work with key decision‑makers, including CEOs, CIOs, CTOs, and CISOs, and engage in specialized focus areas such as Cybersecurity Strategy, Cybersecurity Hardening and Risk Remediation, Cloud Migrations, Infrastructure Modernization, IT Strategy, IT Integration/Deployments for M&A Transactions, and Custom‑Developed Product Risk Management. You’ll contribute to safeguarding clients’ investments, enhancing the resiliency of critical technology infrastructures, and providing comprehensive solutions to complex business problems.

Primary Responsibilities

• Apply AI technologies (e.g., generative AI, automation tools, data models) to enhance insights, improve delivery efficiency, and elevate the quality of client outcomes

What You’ll Bring to the Team
