We recommend investment solutions via a needs-based, consultative approach, and proactively contribute to the client relationship.* Support Investment Advisors and Investment Associates with client service activities, prepare and review materials in advance of client meetings and collaborate with members of the client service teams.* Maintain current knowledge of financial markets, the Wilmington Trust investment process, and the firm’s wealth management solutions and services.* Develop a holistic understanding of the wealth management business through exposure to investment management, financial planning, trust and estate services, banking, family office solutions, and client relationship management.## **Primary Responsibilities:*** Complete duties and responsibilities of an entry-level professional nature specific to assigned area of the Bank.* Ensure activities adhere to established internal policies and external regulations as applicable.* Understand and adhere to the Company’s risk and regulatory standards, policies and controls in accordance with the Company’s Risk Appetite.
