Key Accountabilities

• Participate in structured corporate internship programming, including orientation, workshops, networking events, research projects, and professional development activities.
• Research emerging artificial intelligence capabilities and market trends to identify opportunities that may improve digital banking experiences and internal processes.
• Build, configure, and test lightweight AI agents and prototypes for relevant business use cases.
• Develop prompts and instructions, evaluate AI-supported solutions, and document how solutions work.
• Contribute to an AI use-case library and translate research findings into practical insights for digital banking.
• Map business processes and workflows to explore how artificial intelligence and emerging technologies can improve digital servicing, workflows, and client experiences.
• Collaborate with Digital Banking, product, and technology partners while gaining exposure to the responsible application of AI within a regulated banking environment.
• Follow company policies, procedures, and confidentiality guidelines, and complete additional duties as assigned.

Education & Experience

Required

• Bachelor's Degree student with sophomore, junior or senior standing at the time of internship start date; must not have graduated prior to internship start date.

Preferred

• Microsoft Copilot or another generative AI platform.
• Power BI or SQL.
• Other data analysis, visualization, or workflow tools.
