JPMorgan Chase & Co. invites a Summer Analyst to participate in the Corporate Analyst Development Program in Columbus, OH. The nine-week internship focuses on Analytics, Project Management, or Process Improvement, offering exposure to senior stakeholders and real business outcomes.
You will gain hands-on experience, tackle complex challenges, and learn how data, analytics, and emerging tools including AI are used responsibly to drive decisions while building a strong internal network.

As a Summer Analyst in the Corporate Analyst Development Program at JPMorganChase, you will spend nine weeks working on meaningful projects that influence real business outcomes. From improving processes to supporting strategic decisions, you'll contribute to initiatives that shape how our global businesses operate.
This 9-week internship is designed to give you hands‑on experience, exposure to senior stakeholders, and the opportunity to build skills that are valuable across any career path. You’ll collaborate across teams, tackle complex challenges, and see how data, analytics, and emerging tools—including AI—are used responsibly to drive decisions.
Throughout the program, you will develop foundational skills in one of three core disciplines: Analytics, Project Management, or Process Improvement.
You’ll also build a strong network, gain exposure to different areas of the firm, and develop a broad understanding of how our businesses connect. High-performing Summer Analysts may receive an offer to return for our full-time program—a two-year rotational experience across all three disciplines – Analytics, Project Management, and Process Improvement.
This program is not aligned to front‑office, client‑facing, or software engineering roles. Instead, it’s ideal for students who enjoy working with data, are intellectually curious, and want to solve problems and improve processes.
To be eligible for this program, you must be authorized to work in the U.S. We do not offer any type of employment‑based
immigration sponsorship for this program. Likewise, JPMorganChase, will not provide any assistance or sign any
documentation in support of any other form of immigration sponsorship or benefit including optional practical training
(OPT) or curricular practical training (CPT).
Please note that your performance in this program will be evaluated for the purpose of assessing a full‑time offer postgraduation,
a role that is likewise ineligible for employment‑based immigration sponsorship.
