• Legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
• Preferred GPA of 3.2 or higher.

The program follows a 70-20-10 development model, with 70% of learning gained through hands-on project work, 20% through mentoring, networking, and relationship building, and 10% through formal learning opportunities. Within the Business Operations Internship Program, interns may support business strategy, finance, supply chain, customer operations, business analytics, communications, and operational improvement initiatives that help advance Avangrid's business objectives.

Required Qualifications
