- Support maintenance, monitoring, and troubleshooting of applications and platforms in a complex enterprise environment.
- Partner with cross‑functional teams to plan, execute, and resolve issues; support short‑term fixes and long‑term improvements.
- Leverage AI and other tools to monitor production health, analyze trends, and identify process improvements.
- Document procedures, configurations, and support activities across the software development lifecycle.
