Job summary

REDW, a leading accounting and advisory firm, invites emerging professionals to join a team that invests in your growth. You’ll learn basic accounting, support client relationships, and help translate management expectations into execution plans.

You’ll collaborate with senior staff to ensure timely billing, track scope changes, and gain hands-on experience across diverse industries, all while balancing coursework with flexible scheduling.

Qualifications

  • Within one year of being eligible to sit for the CPA exam.
  • Basic understanding of accounting and reporting standards.
  • Minimum GPA of 3.2 or higher.
  • Flexible schedule that allows for out of town travel.

Responsibilities

  • Learn and develop basic accounting skills one-on-one.
  • Build and expand client relationships with continuous attention.
  • Obtain client expectations from Management Team and assist in developing an execution plan.
  • Communicate billing and collection matters to Senior and Manager.
  • Serve as primary source of timely information about scope changes.
  • Understand planned approach and participate in plan execution.
  • Complete all assigned areas fully.

What You’ll Do
  • Work one on one to learn and develop basic accounting skills.
  • Provide continuous attention to building and expanding client relationships.
  • Obtain client expectations from Management Team and assists in developing an execution plan to meet client expectations.
