• Develop and maintain methods, standards, and manpower plans to optimize facilities, equipment, and personnel.

• Evaluate and improve material handling and point-of-use logistics to reduce WIP and improve on-time delivery.
• Participate in continuous improvement activities (Kaizen/AIW, 5S/POU, standard work, RCCA, 5 Why, Pareto) and track key metrics.
• Build and maintain data visualizations and dashboards (Excel, CORE, Tableau, MES) to support data-driven decisions.
• Assist with facility layout and operating method changes, ensuring safety and visual controls in standard work.
• Collaborate across functions, support training, and develop systems awareness (MES, ERP, scheduling).
