Job summary

Northrop Grumman’s Mission Systems sector in Linthicum, MD, is seeking Associate Business Management Analysts for the Pathways Program. The role offers three rotations within Business Management, with potential assignments as Program Control Analyst, Contracts Analyst, Pricing Analyst, among others.

The program is designed to build broad organizational experience, culminating in a solid foundation in business management within a leading defense contractor.

Northrop Grumman is seeking Associate Business Management/Business Management Analysts – Pathways Program. This position will be located at our Mission Systems sector in Linthicum, MD. This position will be in the Pathways rotational program where there will be three rotation opportunities within Business Management. Each rotation could be in one of the following Business Management roles: Program Control Analyst (PCA), Contracts Analyst, Pricing Analyst, Rates Analyst, Budget Analyst, Financial Planning Analyst, Accounting Analyst, Scheduling Analyst, or an Analyst in a Controller support department.

The qualified candidate will become part of Northrop Grumman’s Business Management Organization.

Basic Qualifications

Basic Qualifications for an Associate Business Management Analyst:

• Be completing or has completed their Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution
• Be majoring in or having majored in a Business Degree (Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Management, Economics) or a business adjacent degree (Legal Studies, Mathematics, Statistics, Risk Management, Global Supply Chain etc.)

Preferred Qualifications For Both Levels

• Have an overall cumulative GPA of 3.00/4.0 or higher
• Have prior Business relevant internship or work experience
• Have existing active U.S. Government security clearance

Salary Range

Associate Business Management Analyst: $60,200 to $90,200

Business Management Analyst: $72,400 to $108,600

Target Start Date For this Role is January 2027 OR July 2027

Primary Level Salary Range: $60,200.00 - $90,200.00

Secondary Level Salary Range: $72,400.00 - $108,600.00

The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education, skills and current market conditions.

Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results.
