Job summary

Trane Technologies plc in North Carolina invites students pursuing a BS/BA in Accounting, Finance, or Economics to join our 12-week summer internship program in Accounting/Finance.

Interns will work on cost accounting, general accounting, tax, FP&A, and data analytics, with exposure to senior leaders and opportunities to advance to Accelerated Development Program or direct hire roles.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a BS/BA in Accounting, Finance, or Economics with GPA 3.0 or higher.
• Minimum internship or work experience.
• U.S. citizen or have the right to work in the U.S. without sponsorship now or in the future.
• Willing to relocate to any assigned location.

Responsibilities

• Internship assignments may include New Product Costing, Cost Accounting, General Accounting, Tax, FP&A, Data Analytics, SOX and Enterprise/Sector Accounting projects.
• Opportunity to interview for Accelerated Development Program or direct hire after the internship.

Potential position locations include, but are not limited to: Charlotte, NC, Clarksville, TN, Columbia, SC, Davidson NC, Grand Rapids, MI, Hastings, NE, La Crosse, WI, Minneapolis, MN, Noblesville, IN, Panama City, FL, Rushville, IN, Trenton, NJ, Tyler, TX.

What you will do:

Trane Technologies' early career student program internships provide current college students with challenging assignments, leadership training, valuable exposure to our company's senior leaders and opportunities to network. Our 12-week summer internship opportunities offer candidates working toward their Bachelor's in Accounting, Finance, or Economics exposure to variety assignments which could include: New Product Costing, Cost Accounting, General Accounting, Tax, FP&A, Data Analytics, Global Internal Audit, Sarbanes-Oxley and Enterprise/Sector Accounting projects.

What you will bring:

• Pursuing a BS/BA in Accounting, Finance, or Economics, or related degree with a cumulative overall GPA at or above 3.0
• Minimum Work Experience: At least one internship or work experience
• Demonstrated leadership skills such as: campus organizations, sports team captain, resident advisor, etc. or exceptional leadership of work projects
• U.S. citizen or have the legal right to work in the U.S. without requiring sponsorship now or in the future

$20.00 - $29.00
