Job summary

Trane Technologies offers a 12-week summer internship for current _Bachelor’s_ students in Accounting, Finance, or Economics, exposing you to senior leaders and a variety of accounting disciplines including cost, tax and FP&A.

Interns gain hands-on experience in data analytics, product costing, and enterprise accounting while developing leadership and professional skills for potential full-time opportunities.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a BS/BA in Accounting, Finance, or Economics with a cumulative GPA of 3.0 or higher.
• At least one internship or work experience.
• Demonstrated leadership in campus organizations, teams, or projects.

Responsibilities

• 12-week internship with challenging assignments and leadership exposure.
• Potential interview for full-time Accelerated Development Program or direct hire after internship.

What you will do:

Trane Technologies’ early career student program internships provide current college students with challenging assignments, leadership training, valuable exposure to our company's senior leaders and opportunities to network. Our 12-week summer internship opportunities offer candidates working toward their Bachelor's in Accounting, Finance, or Economics exposure to variety assignments which could include: New Product Costing, Cost Accounting, General Accounting, Tax, FP&A, Data Analytics, Global Internal Audit, Sarbanes-Oxley and Enterprise/Sector Accounting projects. At Trane Technologies, we value our people and their development. Through our student programs, participants will have an opportunity to interview for our full-time, post-graduate Accelerated Development Program for Accounting/Finance or direct hire opportunities.

Works effectively with others to coordinate efforts and produce results in a positive work environment. Willing to be mobile and relocate to any of our locations as assigned Pursuing a BS/BA in Accounting, Finance, or Economics, or related degree with a cumulative overall GPA at or above 3.0 Minimum Work Experience: At least one internship or work experienceDemonstrated leadership skills such as: campus organizations, sports team captain, resident advisor, etc. or exceptional leadership of work projects U.S. citizen or have the legal right to work in the U.S. without requiring sponsorship now or in the future
