Job summary

Cream-O-Land Dairies in Florence, NJ is seeking a part-time Warehouse Worker to assist with daily receiving, storage and order fulfillment in a fast-paced dairy facility.

Shift: Monday through Friday, 7:30 am to 1:30 pm. Primary duties include lifting 35–60 lbs, FIFO product rotation, and helping with pallet jack or forklift tasks after training.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Flexible to work additional hours as needed.
• Ability to lift 35–60 lbs and operate pallet jacks or forklifts after training.

Responsibilities

• Safely receive, store, and keep the warehouse clean and organized.
• Assist with picking and assembling orders, targeting at least 1,200 cases per shift.
• Rotate stock using FIFO; ensure expiration dates are followed.
• Maintain general warehouse cleanliness and assist with other duties as assigned.

PART TIME WAREHOUSE WORKER

Monday through Friday

7:30 am to 1:30 pm

Under general supervision, our Warehouse Worker will ensure safe and accurate receipt, storage, and general clean/organized warehouse areas.

• Efficiently lift, stack and store returned products in the appropriate areas
• Assist with pick and assemble orders for shipment with a minimum of 1,200 cases per shift
• Receive, pick, and rotate all products per their expiration date(s) - first in, first out (FIFO) policy
• Assuring general cleanliness and organization of warehouse area
• Perform other duties as assigned, may be required to perform duties outside of their normal responsibilities from time to time, as needed.

Job Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Flexible to work additional, changed hours to best serve our customers

Physical Requirements

• Comfortable using basic math skills
• Required to frequently communicate with others
• Ability to work independently
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to frequently bend, stoop, crouch, and walk
• Frequent manual lifting, pushing, pulling, and stacking of product 35 to 60 lbs.
• Standing and walking majority of the shift
• Able to stand and sit upright to operate material handling equipment such as forklifts and other moving apparatus.
• Ability to learn how to use Pallet Jacks, Forklift, or clamp truck certified (training provided)

Environmental Conditions

• Warehouse environment
• Frequently work in a 37° warehouse throughout the day
• May at times work in an uncontrolled temperature environment
