Job summary

D.O.M. magazine is seeking a 2026 Mechanical Engineering Intern to assist in various engineering projects. The intern will provide support in environmental tests including mechanical shock and temperature.

The ideal candidate should have a positive attitude, strong communication skills, and coursework in Systems, Electrical, or Mechanical Engineering. A GPA of 3.0+ is preferred.

Qualifications

• Cumulative GPA of 3.0 or higher is preferred.
• Eligible to access information restricted to US Citizens due to federal requirements.

Responsibilities

• Support in environmental testing including vibration and temperature.
• Prepare test plans and technical documentation.
• Participate as a team member in engineering projects.

V2X is growing! V2X is looking for a 2026 Mechanical Engineering Intern to join our team!

Responsibilities

• Providing basic support in instrumentation planning and test conduct of Environmental Tests including vibration, mechanical shock, temperature, altitude, humidity and structural testing
• Providing basic support to preparation of test plans, schedules, test reports and technical documentation of project work
• Applying your engineering knowledge and participating as a member of a multi-discipline team
• Contributing to the completion of project/program milestones under the general guidance of the immediate supervisor and team leaders
• Following established Mechanical Engineering processes and procedures

Requirements

This position requires the ability to access systems that contain information restricted to US Citizens based on certain Federal Government contractual requirements.
