Base Pay Range
$53,000.00 / yr
Program Overview
The program is a 44‑hour per week role that can include evenings and/or weekends. You will manage a million‑dollar business, overseeing operations, client relationships, and strategy. You’ll grow the company’s market share by selling to commercial users such as painting contractors, manufacturing buyers, and large volume purchasers. The training equips you with skills in leadership, customer service, sales, marketing, finance, and operations.

Responsibilities
- Complete program training.
- Support business strategies to increase sales and profitability.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service.
- Build and maintain product knowledge for effective recommendations.
- Build positive relationships with wholesale and retail customers.
- Complete store administration tasks.
- Ensure compliance with policies, including safety, loss prevention, and security.
- Maintain store condition and visual merchandising standards.
- Support employee training, development, performance management, and corrective action.
- Respond to and resolve customer and employee complaints.
- Partner with the Store Manager to make outside sales calls to increase market share.
Qualifications
Minimum Requirements
- At least eighteen (18) years of age.
- Legally authorized to work without sponsorship.
- Valid, unrestricted Driver’s License.
- Bachelor’s degree by program start.
- Physical ability to retrieve materials and lift up to 50 lbs. frequently and 70 lbs. occasionally.
Preferred Qualifications
- One year retail, sales, or customer service experience.
- One year leadership or supervisory experience.
- Experience in a team‑oriented setting.
- Experience selling paint or related products.
- Experience using time‑keeping or CRM systems.
- Willingness to relocate.
- Multilingual communication skills (Spanish preferred).
