4-Day Workweek | 11 Operatories | Eaglesoft | Strong Hygiene Department

Are you a confident, comprehensive General Dentist looking for a stable, busy schedule in a well-supported practice where you can do great dentistry and be as productive as you want to be? Our long-established, doctor-led private group practice in Vandalia, IL is seeking a full-time Associate Dentist to join a collaborative team with strong patient demand and efficient systems.

Experienced dentists are strongly preferred, but the practice is open to a 2026 graduating dentist or current resident who is coachable, clinically thoughtful, and excited to grow in a high-support environment.

Schedule & Hours

Target Schedule (Associate):

  • 4 days per week
  • 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Current Office Hours (for reference):

  • Monday: 7:00 AM – 5:00 PM
  • Tuesday: 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM
  • Wednesday: 7:00 AM – 5:00 PM
  • Thursday: 7:00 AM – 5:00 PM
  • Friday: 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM

You'll have a predictable 4-day schedule while the office maintains expanded hours to support access and demand.
