Job summary

Bliss Dental St. Charles in St. Charles, Illinois is seeking an Associate Dentist to join a growing private practice. The role begins at 3 clinical days per week with a path to 5 days as demand grows, offering strong production opportunities and a supportive team.

You’ll treat PPO and Medicaid patients, perform comprehensive restorative and implant procedures, and help build lasting patient relationships in a modern, digital practice.

Qualifications

• DDS or DMD degree from an accredited dental school.
• 3+ years of clinical experience preferred.
• Comfort treating PPO and Medicaid patients with comprehensive care.
• Ability to plan and execute comprehensive restorative and implant cases.

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive examinations and treatment planning.
• Deliver high-quality restorative dentistry including crowns, bridges, endodontics and removable prosthetics.
• Place and restore implants when appropriate.
• Collaborate on implant and full-arch rehabilitation cases.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and deliver excellent patient care.

We're Looking For Someone Who

• Has 3+ years of clinical experience (preferred)
• Is comfortable treating both PPO and Medicaid patients
• Can confidently treatment plan comprehensive cases
• Is a strong producer while maintaining an excellent patient experience
• Has experience with implant placement and/or restoration (preferred)
• Has experience with or interest in full-arch/All-on-X cases (a plus, but not required)
• Wants to build lasting relationships with patients and become part of a growing practice for years to come
• Works well with a team and enjoys helping mentor and elevate those around them
