The Opportunity
This internship isn’t about running errands or filling quotas.
It’s about being in the room – watching how content gets made, how stories develop, and how strategy comes together inside one of LA’s top sports media companies.
You’ll work alongside creators, editors, and business leaders while seeing firsthand how a digital media company operates. You’ll hear real conversations about what’s working, what isn’t, and how decisions are made across editorial, social media, video, partnerships, audience growth, and operations.
At LA Sports Report, we care about how the work gets done – not only the final product. We value preparation, thoughtful decision-making, consistency, and the willingness to learn from every project. Interns are encouraged to ask questions, understand the reasoning behind the work, and develop habits that lead to strong results over time.
As opportunities arise, we’ll invite you to contribute through creative projects, research, production, business operations, or other areas where you can make a meaningful impact while learning.
Our goal isn’t simply to assign tasks. It’s to help you better understand the sports media industry, discover where your strengths fit, and gain experience that extends beyond the classroom.

Whether you’re interested in journalism, social media, video production, business, marketing, partnerships, or digital content, you’ll leave with a strong understanding of how a sports media company operates and the confidence that comes from working alongside professionals in the industry.
